Who we serve

Paid Media for Operators With Four or More Locations

Super Bad Ads works with appointment-based businesses that run several locations: gym groups and studios, salons and barbershops, med spas, dental groups, franchise systems and multi-store retailers. We run Meta and Google for every location and report new customers per location, every week, from your own booking or point-of-sale system.

Who Super Bad Ads is for

What kind of business does Super Bad Ads work with?

Appointment-based operators with four or more locations, and a small team running marketing for all of them.

Our clients book customers into a calendar or a chair: classes, treatments, cleanings, haircuts, store visits. They run four to sixty locations, usually with a marketing team of one to three people who answer to an owner or a board. That is the work of a multi-location marketing agency: one plan across many locations, judged location by location.

What does Super Bad Ads actually do?

Paid media on Meta and Google, and the measurement under it. Nothing else.

We buy ads for every location and judge them on new customers from your own system, not on clicks or platform numbers. We don't build websites, run your social feed or sell SEO. See how the paid media agency work runs, or pick your business below.

One blended number can't run forty locations.

The same problem shows up in every segment we serve.

What operators tell us

  • ✕The agency reports leads; the booking system shows a different number.
  • ✕Every location gets the same budget, full or empty.
  • ✕Nobody can say which location the new customers came from.

What a multi-location operator needs

  • ✓New customers counted in your own system, not the ad platform.
  • ✓A budget per location, moved toward open capacity every week.
  • ✓One scoreboard with every location on its own row.

How we work, in every segment

Same method, your units

1

Audit first

We map your ad accounts, tracking and spend by location before anything changes. Every account and pixel stays in your name.

2

Agree the scoreboard

Joins, booked consults, new patients or new customers: we count the number your business already trusts, per location, from your system.

3

Budgets per location

Each location gets its own budget, sized to its capacity and opening calendar, and we move money weekly toward the locations with room to fill.

4

Many small creative bets

We test lots of low-cost creative made in your locations, then fund what books new customers. You get a report every week a busy owner can read.

Questions about who we serve

How many locations do I need to work with Super Bad Ads?

Most of our clients run four or more locations, and the method is built for that: a budget and a report per location. Below that, the per-location scoreboard has too little to compare. If you are close, the paid media audit is a good way to check the fit before a retainer.

Do you only work with the six segments on this page?

They are where our method fits best: appointment-based or store-visit businesses with several locations and a booking or point-of-sale system we can read. If your business works the same way, the method transfers. Single-location businesses, e-commerce brands and walk-in convenience retail are not a fit.

Which ad platforms do you run?

Meta and Google, run per location. Core covers two platforms; Growth covers every digital channel, and we pick the mix. We judge every platform on new customers from your own system, not on the numbers each platform reports about itself.

How do you report results across many locations?

Every week you get one scoreboard with each location on its own row: new customers, spend and cost per new customer, taken from your booking or point-of-sale system. The numbers are stricter than platform reports, and an owner or board can read them without a translation.

Do you build websites or manage social media?

No. Super Bad Ads is deliberately narrow: paid media on Meta and Google and the measurement under it. That focus is the point. If your site or social feed needs work, we will tell you what the ads need from it, but we will not sell it to you.
