Our measurement links visits across our own domains (superbadads.com and its subdomains).

• Financial Information: Payment card details if you purchase services, processed securely via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

With your consent, when you submit a form we also transmit your email address and phone number to Google (Enhanced Conversions) and Meta (Advanced Matching) in hashed form so those platforms can measure conversions more accurately, and our CRM may transmit lead and customer conversion events to Meta server-to-server (Conversions API) for the same purpose.
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with our website, analyze traffic patterns, measure engagement, identify areas for improvement, and assess the performance of our marketing efforts (using Internet Activity, IP address/Geolocation, Click IDs, potentially Zipcode for aggregated insights). Platforms used include Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics.
• Business Outreach: To identify business visitors (via the visitor-identification providers described in Section 3, with your consent) and send relevant business communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
• Functional/Operational Purposes: To provide, operate, and maintain our website and services; to manage our client relationships, including communication, responding to inquiries, and providing customer support (using Identifiers, Professional Information via HubSpot); to process transactions and manage billing (using Identifiers, Financial Information via Stripe); to automate workflows between our systems (using various data points via Zapier); and for account management and service delivery.
• Marketing Communications: To send you newsletters, promotional materials, updates about our services, or other information we think may interest you, where permitted by law (using Identifiers like email/phone). You can opt-out at any time.
• Security and Fraud Prevention; Legal Compliance: To maintain the security and integrity of our website, services, and systems, detect security incidents, and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity (using Internet Activity, IP address); and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, and enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We share or disclose personal information with the following categories of third parties. Some of these disclosures constitute "sharing" — and our use of visitor-identification services may constitute "selling" — of personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws. • Advertising Platforms (Meta, Google Ads): We disclose online identifiers, click IDs, and — with your consent, in hashed form — email address and phone number for conversion measurement and cross-context behavioral advertising. This constitutes "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA.
• Visitor-Identification Providers (RB2B / Retention.com, with its partner LiveIntent): With your consent, these providers process your visit data and online identifiers to identify you and provide us your professional contact information. Depending on how the law is interpreted, this may constitute a "sale" and/or "sharing" of personal information under CCPA/CPRA.
• Service Providers: Analytics (Google Analytics), CRM/Marketing Automation (HubSpot — including server-to-server transmission of lead/customer conversion events to Meta's Conversions API on our behalf), Workflow Automation (Zapier), Payment Processing (Stripe), and other providers such as website hosting, IT support, email delivery, and legal/accounting advisors. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.
